I spent a weekend with Ahmed and the other Playtri coaches, going through the certification and learning the in's and out's of how they train their athletes. I couldn't believe the amount of detail that goes in to structuring periodization for a client. It's unbelievable how thorough and much attention to detail is spent on every plan. For those who know me well - perfect for me, huh?!

Overall, I am pumped about helping others reach their fitness-related goals.
